HHOA Community Meeting 2025
A community meeting is a great chance for all of us to come together and talk about the things that matter most in our neighborhood. When you show up or send in your proxy, you’re helping guide decisions and keeping our community strong. It’s the perfect time to share your thoughts, hear from your neighbors, and make sure your voice is part of the conversation.
A proxy form: because sometimes life gets in the way of HOA meetings, but your vote doesn’t have to.
A proxy form is a simple way to make sure your household’s vote still counts if you can’t make it to the HOA Annual Meeting. Each household just needs to fill out one form, and it only takes a few minutes. You’ll pick someone you trust to be your proxy—like the President, Vice President, or even a neighbor—then write in your lot number and house number. The form also asks for your choices on elected positions and any covenant changes up for a vote. Once you’ve filled everything out and signed it, your vote is good to go.

Annual HOA Meeting Agenda: the thrilling lineup of budgets, board elections, and covenant tweaks—because even neighborhood business deserves a little drama
The annual HOA meeting agenda is designed to review where we’ve been, where we stand, and where we’re going as a community. We’ll cover old meeting minutes and the Treasurer’s report, discuss dues for 2025/2026, and address key topics like common lot maintenance, investments, and retention basin upkeep. The agenda also includes consideration of covenant changes and the election of new board members for the Vice President and Trustee positions. Finally, we’ll open the floor for residents to share questions, ideas, and concerns. What’s discussed and decided here will guide priorities and planning at our next meeting and shape the direction of the neighborhood for the coming year.
